Can I physically do this tour?

Are oysters safe to eat?
The oysters you eat come straight from the bay which is constantly monitored for water quality by UNH's Jackson Lab located nearby. Because of the perfect position of the farm, we have never had to shut down due to low water quality and no guests have ever reported a bad experience eating oysters during the tour.
What should I bring?

-Hat and/or Sunglasses
