Welcome

My name is Paul Kelley, though most people have called me PK since I was a kid. I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by nature, where I learned firsthand how deeply the outdoors contributes to a happy, healthy life.

I started this company to expand access to the outdoors and inspire others to connect with—and protect—our beautiful waterways. It would be my privilege to share my passion for paddling with you.

A Collaboration Amongst Friends

What began as childhood friendship evolved into a shared mission. Paul (PK) and Greg reunited with Paul’s college friend Joe around a mutual love of the outdoors and a commitment to sustainability.

In 2020, Joe and Greg founded Hidden Coast Shellfish in Little Bay, pioneering a floating oyster farm designed to support healthy waterways by reestablishing natural oyster reefs.

Inspired by their work, Paul launched PK Paddle Tours—an experience that blends scenic paddling with responsibly harvested oysters, connecting guests directly to the ecosystem that sustains them.

Why the Oyster Tasting and Kayak Tour?

Imagine immersing yourself in 360-degree views of the bay while enjoying farm-fresh oysters harvested from the salt water beneath you—what could be better?

This tour is perfect for oyster lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. As we paddle out to the floating farm, you’ll spot local wildlife—from horseshoe crabs to osprey—and learn about the history of conservation efforts that protect this special place.

Once we arrive, the farmers at Hidden Coast Shellfish will walk you through their oyster cultivation process while shucking and serving oysters fresh from the farm topped with lemon and our homemade mignonette.
